Exchange and return

You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To arrange a return, write to us on Instagram and indicate:

  • the reason for the return;
  • photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

  • tights, socks, stockings;
  • hats, hats;
  • gloves;
  • swimwear;
  • corsetry;
  • underwear: panties, tops, bras, bras, bodysuits, leggings, cycling jerseys;
  • gift certificates.

Refunds are only made if the product is in good condition, with all tags and no signs of wear.

Who pays for shipping in case of return or exchange?

The Buyer pays the costs of returning or exchanging the product.

When will I receive the money for the returned product?

Refunds are made within 3–14 days from the moment we receive the product.

The actual crediting period depends on your bank and payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Goods and refunds

  1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the received Goods and terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, except for the day of purchase, excluding Goods that are not subject to exchange and return based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts with Amendments and Supplements" (Consumer Rights Protection).   2. The returned goods must be with all seals and labels. The Buyer must send the return by mail to the address: Kyiv, Antonovycha St. 17a or to the address specified by the manager.
  3. Return of goods of proper quality
    1. The return of goods is possible if the Goods have not been used, and their appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the invoice issued to the Buyer together with the sold Goods are preserved.
    2. If the Buyer refuses the Goods that have already been sent, the Seller returns to the Buyer the cost of the returned Goods, except for the penalty for refusal, which is determined by the Seller individually for each order sent outside Ukraine. The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return to the Seller's warehouse together with the completed application. The cost of return delivery is paid by the Buyer. The funds are returned exclusively to the person specified in the order. In case of incorrect data, the Seller has the right to refuse a refund.
    3. If, at the Buyer's request, similar goods are not available for sale, he has the right to terminate the Agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid. The funds are returned within 30 days from the date of return of the goods.
    4. The penalty for refusal according to clause 3.2 is the Seller's expenses incurred in connection with the Buyer's refusal: round-trip delivery, return processing, customs duties, VAT, brokerage services, etc.
    5. If the goods are returned of proper quality, but for reasons specified in Resolution No. 172 or these rules, are not subject to return, such goods are returned to the Buyer at his expense.
    6. In the case of delivery by international services (DHL, UPS, etc.), the goods are considered delivered when signed for or left at the door by agreement. The risk of loss in this case rests with the Buyer.
  4. Return of goods of inadequate quality:
    1. Improper quality is the presence of defects that prevent the goods from performing their functions. The goods must correspond to the description on the website or in the letter. Differences in design are not a sign of defect.
    2. The appearance, completeness and completeness are checked by the Buyer upon receipt. Upon receipt, the Buyer confirms the absence of defects and the suitability of the goods for use.
    3. After receiving the order, the Seller does not accept claims regarding external defects, quantity, completeness and appearance of the goods.
    4. If the goods were received of inadequate quality (without prior agreement), the Buyer has the right to return it. The return is made at the expense of the Buyer.
    5. Claims for the return of goods are considered within 30 days from the date of filing the claim.
  5. Refunds are made by transfer to the bank card from which the payment was made, or by bank transfer - depending on the payment method.
  6. The warranty for the goods is established by the manufacturer and indicated on the label or tag. The Seller guarantees proper use of the goods within the warranty period.

The Seller is not responsible for defects in the goods that arose after their transfer to the Buyer due to violation of the rules of use or storage, actions of third parties or force majeure.
