This Agreement is the official public offer of the individual entrepreneur (FOP) Roman Ihorovych Vestoropskyi, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to conclude a contract for the sale of goods by remote means through the online store https://ace.clothing/ on the terms set out below.
1.1. This public agreement governs the relationship between the Seller and any natural person or legal entity who has accepted this offer (hereinafter — the Buyer).
1.2. Placing an order on the website constitutes confirmation of the Buyer’s acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer by publishing them on the website.

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer into the Buyer’s ownership the Goods presented on the website https://ace.clothing/, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods on the terms of this offer.
4.1. The Buyer independently selects the Goods, adds them to the cart, fills in the form with contact details, and confirms the order.
4.2. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order and agree on the delivery details.
4.3. If it is impossible to fulfill the order in full or in part, the Seller notifies the Buyer accordingly.
5.1. Prices of the Goods are indicated on the website in Ukrainian hryvnias, inclusive of all taxes.
5.2. Payment is made online through payment services, by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery upon receipt, depending on the method selected.
6.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Ukraine by delivery services such as Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
6.2. The delivery time depends on the region and the delivery service selected.
6.3. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s rates and may be paid by the Buyer separately.
7.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
7.2. The Goods must be in unworn condition, without traces of use, with the packaging and tags intact.
7.3. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed unless the Goods have a manufacturing defect.
8.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to the terms of the offer without prior notice to Buyers.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and where a pre-trial settlement is not possible — in the competent court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
